You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, simply contact our customer support team via email.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, after delivery, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently do not support changes to items, sizes, or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If you need to make any adjustments, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
